Deze ijsmachine met werkblad combineert een duurzaam roestvrijstalen voorbereidingsoppervlak met een krachtige, professionele ijsmachine eronder, waardoor de workflow in de keuken verbetert en waardevolle ruimte wordt bespaard. Het werkblad van 70 x 85 cm kan tot 150 kg dragen voor het bereiden van voedsel of het plaatsen van apparatuur, terwijl de onderliggende unit 60 kg ijs per dag produceert. Een dik geïsoleerde bak houdt het ijs langer bevroren, waardoor een constante aanvoer tijdens piekuren gegarandeerd is. Met een intelligent touchscreen kunnen gebruikers eenvoudig de ijsdikte aanpassen, de automatische reiniging activeren, snel ontdooien, timers instellen en de machinestatus controleren.
